The three men charged with killing a father whose remains were discovered in a Bucks woodland have appeared in court.
Amraj Poonia, 26, of Farmfield Drive, Horley; Raneel Poonia, 25, of Whitehouse Way, Slough; and Gurditta Singh, 25, of Moreland Avenue, Slough, appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday, each charged with murdering Mohammed Shah Subhani and perverting the course of justice.
Mr Subhani, known as Shah, was reported missing on in May 2019 when he failed to return to his home in Hounslow, west London.
It took months for the police to find a trace of the 26-year-old father, but in December 2019 officers discovered Shah's remains in a wooded area in Hedgerley.
Since the body was discovered, several people have been arrested in connection with Shah's death, but no one had been charged with his murder until now, more than three years after his initial disappearance.
At Westminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday, the three defendants were informed their next hearing would be held at the Central Criminal Court in London today (Tuesday).
All three men were remanded in custody until their next hearing.
