Thousands of people from all over the county got together one way or another to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s platinum jubilee.
Across a four day weekend between Thursday, June 2 and Sunday, June 5, garden parties, fun days, flags, comical masks, buntings and blue, red and white streamers were seen from as north of as Milton Keynes to as south as Marlow, as everyone commemorated the occasion.

Some events included a huge four-day family-friendly BBQ at Hughenden’s Magnolia Park, where children were encouraged to wear costumes, with there being a bouncy castle on display.
Other activities included a ‘Your Jubilee’ day at Wycombe Museum.
This saw refugees from war torn countries come down and learn about the Queen’s history, whilst enjoying traditional foods such as scones and coronation chicken sandwiches.
And of course, there were countless street parties taking place across Buckinghamshire.
People were out in force in towns such as High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Marlow, Amersham, Chesham, Princes Risborough and Milton Keynes to name just a few.
