A driver caught doing more than 100mph on the M40 has been banned from the roads for six months.
Daniel Schofield, 35, was clocked going at 103mph on the M40 by a police speed camera van that was positioned on the Wooburn Green Lane overbridge, between junction 2 for Beaconsfield and 3 for Loudwater, on July 24 last year.
According to a check on the licence plate on the government website, the vehicle Schofield was driving at the time he was caught speeding was a Range Rover Evoque.
Schofield, of Crantock Street in Newquay, Cornwall, pleaded guilty to speeding and at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on May 10, he was fined £440 and disqualified from driving for six months.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £90 and a victim services surcharge of £44.
