Footballer Jermain Defoe chose a luxury Bucks country house venue to tie the knot with his partner at the weekend.
The former England, Tottenham and Sunderland player wed his partner Donna Tierney at Cliveden House on June 4 - following in the footsteps of other celebs like All Saints star Nicole Appleton who also chose the lavish Taplow estate to marry at.
According to national reports, there were 250 guests at the National Trust beauty spot wedding, which saw the estate decked out with hundreds of stunning flowers.
They also appeared to have a live band, a six-tier white wedding cake decorated with white flowers, walls of pink flowers and an impressive lights display on the lawns to celebrate.
The spectacular affair is reported to have cost round £200,000, and was attended by a string of football stars, with The Sun reporting Shaun Wright-Phillips, Ledley King and Carlton Cole were among the guests.
Cliveden was made famous by the Profumo Affair, which saw the 1960s political downfall of Conservative war minister John Profumo when his affair with Christine Keeler was revealed.
Ms Keeler was also involved with a naval attache at the Soviet Embassy and Mr Profumo, who was married to actress Valerie Hobson, resigned in 1963. He lied in the House of Commons when first speaking about the affair.
