- Howard Rose, 68, of Abbott Way, Monks Risborough. Depositing controlled waste on land without an environmental permit. On September 15, 2021, on the A4129 layby, Kingsey, deposited building waste including plasterboard. Fined £320. Costs £946.
- Matthew Allen, 36, of Laburnum Road, High Wycombe. Driving whilst disqualified in Hughenden Boulevard, High Wycombe, on October 21, 2021. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Driving record endorsed with six points. Costs £213. Using a vehicle without third party insurance in Hughenden Boulevard, High Wycombe, on October 21, 2021. No separate penalty. Racially aggravated harassment by words or writing in High Wycombe on November 27. Compensation £50. Fined £200.
