Students, staff and trustees at Cressex Community School hosted a visit from the schools minister Robin Walker.
The MP for Worcester MP said it was a "pleasure" to meet the children at the secondary school.
Tweeting later, the said: “Great to meet the partnership supporting Cressex School in High Wycombe – a pleasure to meet students, head and teachers at this high performing cooperative school and hear how they work with partners in college, community and independent sector.”
Cressex headteacher David Hood said: “For over 10 years now our school and students have benefited from excellent joint working with Wycombe Abbey School, Henley College, Bucks New University and others through our Cooperative Trust.
"This provides outstanding opportunities for our students that add hugely to what we are able to provide as a school.
"We are delighted that word of this has reached Westminster and that the minister made the time to come to Cressex to find out about it for himself.”
