A man has been ordered to pay nearly £700 for getting on a train without paying the fare - and jumping over the barriers at the railway station.
Damien Active, 42, from London, travelled between High Wycombe and London Marylebone on Chiltern Railways without paying the £15 train fare on November 8 last year.
But Active, of North Circular Road, also entered the railway station at High Wycombe and Marylebone "without passing through the ticket barrier in the correct manner".
For "accessing/exiting by unofficial route", he was fined £220, ordered to pay costs of £180 and a surcharge to find victim services of £44 at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on May 11.
For travelling on the railway without paying a fare, he was fined £220 and ordered to pay £15 compensation - making a total to pay of £679.
