A new boutique Pilates studio is set to open in Amersham-on-the-Hill this summer.
Yatta Studio, which offers Reformer Pilates, is due to open its doors on June 6 following a successful ‘soft launch’ in May.
The studio has transformed the space located on 5 Woodside Road in Amersham with its specialist Pilates machines.
Pilates is yoga-inspired exercise supported by a breathing technique intended to strengthen and condition muscles and improve flexibility.
Inka Millner, co-founder of Yatta Studio, said: “We’re so excited to finally be able to bring Yatta Studio to Amersham, and beyond!

“We’ve always felt that there was a real opportunity here to share our love for the Reformer, and the real transformative benefits when used regularly.
“We want to help locals experience a new style of workout that can’t be practiced at home. We can’t wait for people to start seeing the results!”
Reformer Pilates can help improving posture and prevent injury while helping to maintain toned muscles.
Compared to traditional Pilates on a mat, the Reformer machines promises a more intense workout because the machines add resistance.
