A dad and his friends attacked after coming to the aid of his daughter after receiving a phone call from her.
The group of 16 to 18 people aged around 20 initially attacked three women and two men who were walking towards the back of Newport Pagnell Medical Centre at around 9pm on May 14.
The attack focused on the men but as one of the women tried to intervene she was also struck.
One of the women called her dad to come and collect her but when he turned up along with his friends they were also targeted by the attack.
One attacker is described as around 5ft 5 ins tall, of average build with black hair.
He was wearing a black t-shirt with a pink logo on the back and black Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
Another attacker is described as around 5ft 9 ins tall, of slim build, had short brown hair and a slight moustache.
He was wearing a white t-shirt, grey tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
Investigating officer, PC Jordan Cullum, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I would like to appeal to anybody who may have been in this area during this time and may have dash-cam footage, CCTV or may have witnessed anything to please get in touch.
