Police have launched an investigation after a man was seen riding an e-scooter with a baby strapped to his front in High Wycombe.
The Bucks Free Press reported last week that on Monday, May 16, locals were horrified when they saw the man travelling downhill along Totteridge Road with an infant in a carrier at around 12.30pm.
Thames Valley Police has now confirmed that officers are investigating the incident and have released a description of the suspect.
The man is described as being white and in his late twenties or early thirties and of slim build.
