Dozens of rats are seen scurrying out of an abandoned bag of rubbish dumped in High Wycombe town centre - as the battle to control the rodent population continues.
Another video of rats in Church Street has been sent to the Bucks Free Press after the first one, which was taken on May 11, prompted shock on social media.
The first video was captured on at around 8.50am by High Wycombe resident Jermaine Joven, who said there must have been at least 60 of the creatures on the grass outside All Saints Church.
The church has urged people not to litter or feed the pigeons in a bid to discourage rats.
But a second video, sent to the Free Press by Chris Archbold, shows how people are still leaving bin bags and litter in the street - making the town centre a haven for the rodents.
The bin bag, which has been left up against the church wall and a litter bin, has been torn open, with what appears to be food and vegetable peelings spilling out onto the pavement, and dozens of rats rooting around inside.
As Chris starts filming, the rats begin to scatter, and you can see the bin bag moving as they try to escape.
Buckinghamshire Council says it is going to visit local businesses in the town centre to remind them how they should be disposing of their rubbish properly.
Gareth Williams, Cabinet Member for Climate Change and Environment said: “We are aware of the issues highlighted and are working with various departments to resolve the problem – we of course appreciate having rats in the area is extremely unpleasant and is an environmental hazard.
"Our officers will visit local businesses shortly to remind them of their responsibilities when disposing of waste.
"The bins in question are emptied every day, so we encourage everyone to dispose their waste appropriately and play their part to help control the issue and keep the rats away.
“We want to thank the resident for raising this issue and encourage anyone who is aware of fly-tipping, to report it via FixMyStreet www.fixmystreet.buckscc.gov.uk/, so it can be cleared within two working hours of being reported.
"We also want to remind everyone not to feed pigeons, as it attracts rats and other vermin."
