A Bucks string orchestra is set to play a special Jubilee concert to help Ukraine tomorrow.
The Chiltern Camerata - now in its 25th season – consists both of professionals and advanced amateur musicians.
On Saturday May 21 at 7.30pm, the orchestra brings Beethoven’s Violin Concerto to life at The Beacon School in Chesham Bois located at 15 Amersham Road.
The violin evening will be conducted by Simon Walton, and Ruth Schulten is on the violin.
Chiltern Camerata's aim is to entertain audiences with music that ranges from the baroque style to present day era in a “friendly, un-stuffy environment”, the group said.
They often join forces with other orchestras and provide an occasional opportunity for soloists to perform.
