A Bucks hairdresser is up for two awards at annual awards.
Haringtons in Marlow has been shortlisted for the Marketing Campaign of the Year title and the Customer Service Award at HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards 2022.
The awards are now in their 24th year and recognise outstanding work from within the salon business.
Haringtons made the final stage of the competition after compiling detailed entries, outlining their salon’s approach to marketing and branding.
Winners will be announced at HJs British Hairdressing Business Awards on July 4 at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
Nikki Neale, head of brand and marketing at Harringtons said: "We are thrilled to have made the finals of such a respected event.
“We truly enjoy supporting the salon’s success through quality marketing, from customer retention to training and to be recognised for the care and attention we give to our customers and their experience in the salon just feels fantastic.
“We try to never be complacent or be too proud to take on feedback so that we can adapt and review processes to serve our clients better.
“Making the finals is a complete team effort and we’re delighted to be nominated.”
Jayne Lewis-Orr, executive director of the British Hairdressing Business Awards said: “These awards are recognition of the standout people and businesses in the hairdressing industry, celebrating their talent, passion and commitment to making British hairdressing so revered.
“To make the Marketing Campaign of the Year shortlist, finalists need to show how their brand has evolved, as well as providing examples of successful campaigns and how these are evaluated.
“And for the Customer Service award, nominees need to demonstrate excellence in all areas of client care, from how the team works together to meet the customer’s expectations, to the unique elements the salon has in place to ensure a memorable client experience.
“Haringtons should feel proud to be their recognised for their exciting brand strategy commitment and for providing unbeatable customer care.”
A total of 17 trophies will be handed out at the finals, including the new for 2022 Sustainable Salon of the Year award, which recognises salons that put sustainability at the forefront of their business.
Launched in 1998, HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards have previously honoured names including Lee Stafford, Trevor Sorbie and Toni & Guy.
