A RARE chance to visit a private woodland in full bloom in Little Chalfont is coming up.
The charity Mission EmployAble, which trains young adults with learning disabilities for paid employment, is offering a unique opportunity to see stunning bluebells and hot and cold food in a private wood on the border of Little Chalfont and Chalfont St Giles over the weekend of 23 and 24 April.
Crosslane Wood on Roughwood Lane has only once been open to the public before this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, it will host a pop-up woodland cafe serving hot lunchtime snacks and afternoon tea and cakes.

Bluebell lovers of all ages can follow the level, marked circular path through the bluebells.
Location for the family day out is at Crosslane Woods, Burtons Lane, Chalfont St Giles, and children under 10 can enter for free.
On Saturday, the pop-up cafe is open between 12pm-4pm, and on Sunday at 10am-2pm.
