- Johnny Lamb, 20, of Guernsey Close, Aylesbury. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Hannon Road, Aylesbury, on March 17. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Fined £120. Using a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Hannon Road, Aylesbury, on March 17. No separate penalty. Possession of a controlled Class B drug. On March 17, in Hannon Road, Aylesbury, had a quantity of cannabis or cannabis resin in their possession. Fined £40. Costs £105. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
