An Indian restaurant that prides itself on being "one of the best in High Wycombe" has been told it must make improvements to its food hygiene standards.
Taste of India on Amersham Road in Terriers has been handed a two out of five for its latest food hygiene inspection, which was carried out on March 7.
Two means 'improvement necessary'.
Food hygiene inspectors said that while the restaurant's management of food safety was "generally satisfactory", the cleanliness and condition of the building and facilities and hygienic food handling were rated as "improvement necessary".

While no further details about what inspectors found while visiting, as it does with all restaurants that receive a low hygiene rating, the Bucks Free Press has submitted a Freedom of Information request to Buckinghamshire Council to access the full report - but this could take weeks to come through.
Taste of India has good reviews from locals, getting a 4.1 out of 5 from 161 Google reviews, a 4.5 out of 5 from 214 TripAdvisor reviews and 4.7 out of 5 from 57 Facebook reviews.

It offers both a sit-in dining service and takeaway and gets high praise for its Sunday buffet.
One Google reviewer said: "I’m not usually a fan of buffets as the quality of food is usually poor but nonetheless I wanted to give Taste of India a try.
"We made a booking for a Sunday buffet at lunch time. Upon arrival the restaurant was quiet, however we were greeted by the new owner and a waiter with a smile.
"The price is very good value for money and the quality of food was great. Highly recommend the Sunday buffet."
