A Marlow-based marketing agency has been named amongst the industry’s best places to work.
The integrated marketing and creative eagency BWP Group was listed in the 2022 Best Places to Work survey, which recognises the best employers in media, marketing and advertising.
To qualify for the list, companies complete a written application and then are scored by independent judges assessing their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics.

A company-wide employee survey is then circulated to measure authentic employee experience and determine how each business delivers for its staff.
Combined results from the written application and employee survey then determine the overall ranking.
BWP ranked 26th in the company category and 53rd overall following a year that has seen the agency celebrate multiple new clients including Trafford Centre, INGKA, and Softcat.
The company's team also grew throughout the period with 10 new staff members joining the agency.
