A property demolition for a series of new homes has come forward.
Mrs Langley of Orchid Investments has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Sovereign Heights, First Avenue, Amersham.
Plans detail the demolition of the existing residential Sovereign Heights property and the provision of nine two-storey semi-detached and detached homes (two/three bedroom) on land combined with the rear of plots 37-47 Chequers Hill.
A new vehicle access is proposed, as are some rear outbuildings.
Eighteen parking spaces will be provided.
“The intention is to demolish the existing property to First Avenue, in order to allow access to the rear and develop the available land to provide much-needed high-quality family housing. This will make the best use of land,” a statement.
The applicant is now awaiting a response from Bucks Council.
