The food menu for the Pub in the Park festival has been unveiled this week.
Pub in the Park is the brainchild of Marlow Michelin-star chef Tom Kerridge, and he's invited some of his most talented friends on tour with him this year, dubbing the line-up PUB150.

Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers will be offering a menu featuring his twist on a classic burger, an indulgent crispy ham hock mac and cheese and traditional British Steak & Ale pie served with horseradish creamed spinach and malt vinegar gravy.
Atul Kochhar will return with his best-selling Murgh Tikka Masala Pie - Tikka Masala, Mash, Berry Chutney alongside a new, exclusive dish ‘Malabar Meen Kari’, a spiced fish curry with tomato and coconut plus.

The Star Inn will be serving their signature ‘Spiced K.F.P’, a Kentucky Fried Pheasant, Siracha slaw, Henderson’s hot wing sauce and toasted sesame.
Slow-cooked meat takes centre stage with Cue Point, who joined the Pub in the Park family last year, returning due to popular demand with their incredible 16-hour Oak Smoked Brisket Naco.
London institution Hoppers will have their famous bone marrow varuval and roti whilst Candice Brown’s The Green Man will have Eversholt Wild Boar Hot Dog on their menu.

For veggie-lovers, Cue Point will delight visitors with their Banjan Naco a smoked and stewed aubergine in a rich garlic and tomato sauce served on fluffy Afghan nan and the The Bull & Last will be serving a moreish grilled English asparagus with parmesan custard and nasturtium.
Bourbon whiskey brand, Buffalo Trace has teamed up with James Knappett’s The Cadogan Arms to serve up dishes that pair perfectly with their drinks menu including gorgeous Crispy Boneless Cornish Lamb Ribs with anchovy & sorrel yoghurt and buttermilk fried chicken, blue cheese sauce and Bubbledog’s hot sauce.
Tom Kerridge said: “I think you’ll agree this is the best line-up of music and chefs we’ve ever had.
