A HOTEL is set to be transformed into housing under new plans.
Bucks Council has granted conditional permission to Mr and Mrs Holmes for a ‘change of use’ of the Pinfield Boutique Hotel in Farnham Common (Slough).
Plans outline its ‘conversion from a hotel and single dwelling to two houses’.

As well as some general alterations, the existing vehicle access will be widened.
Parking for both properties will be at the rear.

“Parking areas would be provided for both the existing and new house at the rear of the site, with the existing access proposed to be widened,” a planning statement.
Attempts were made to contact Mr and Mrs Holmes about the scheme.
