The first ever The Amersham Philatelic Fair comes to Amersham on Saturday April 16 at the Scout Hall on Rectory Hill, HP7 0BT from 8.30am until 12.30pm .
In addition to six dealers, the collectors dream fair has free admissions, refreshments and free parking.
After life-long stamp collector Mike Consden turned his hobby into a business more than 25 years ago, he was frustrated to find no philatelic fairs in Amersham.
He said: “With live auctions being few and far between and the limitations of online auction sites which can only show you what you’re buying after you’ve paid.”
