A man will stand trial accused of stealing three bags during a January break-in.
George Wilson, 45, is said to have burgled a house in Abercromby Avenue, High Wycombe, on January 7 and stolen three bags worth €200 and £90.
Appearing before Oxford Crown Court, Wilson, of no fixed address, pleaded not guilty to a single count of burglary.
Judge Nigel Daly said the case was expected to be sent to Aylesbury Crown Court for the trial, depending on the resident judge giving his approval. The case appeared before the Oxford courts as Wilson was arrested in the county, it was said.
Julian Lynch appeared for the Crown Prosecution Service. Wilson was represented by Sophie Chaplin.
No date was set for the trial.
