There are no details on opening dates just yet and it hasn't yet been confirmed what the pub will be called.
It is rumored they paid £3.5 million for the property.
M&Co is still open for business and has a 10-year lease running to March 2029.
The building is next door to the former Steamer Trading which is currently undergoing works to transform it into an Everyman Cinema.
