The owner of a Lebanese restaurant has recently been given a two-out-of-five hygiene rating in a recent inspection.
In January, the Bucks Free Press reported details from a food hygiene inspection at Lebanese Village Chesham in The Broadway on Chesham High Street.
A Freedom of Information request was then made for the full report which revealed the reasoning behind the rating.

The report said “staff was not suitably trained” in food hygiene and that “not suitably supervised and or instructed”.
It recommended that staff handling high-risk food should receive a refresher training course.
The inspector also noted a large pan of rice in the kitchen uncovered that could be contaminated whilst cooling.
Photos showed the inadequate stock rotation of food in storage with a number of plastic containers pictured in the fridge.
Lighting was an issue too with the inspector pointing out a light should be placed in the under star dry store and rear food room to allow for adequate cleaning
The report stated that there are inadequate work arrangements for staff, poor waste facilities as bins without lids and maintenance work is needed.
A kitchen pillar was pictured and described as "dirty" with the restaurant told to clean it.
Staff was said to not be wearing protective over-clothing whilst preparing food during the inspection.
It was also revealed no dishwasher is used in the restaurant.
Under other health and safety observations, the inspector told the restaurant to only used fixed wall sockets after a gang extension was being used in the kitchen.
The report said: “You were using three gang plug adapters plugged into each other to provide power to numerous electrical items.
“This is a fire hazard and would invalidate your insurance.
"You must remove the connecting adapters and only use fixed wall socket to provide power to kitchen equipment.
"Microwaves especially draw a large amount of power and should only be plugged into a wall socket.
"Remove immediately."
The restaurant has said that there has since been a reinspection where improvements have been shown.
