A busy Bucks road has been closed today due to a fire on a bus

Wingrave Road, at the junction of Chiltern Road to the A418, has been shut by police due to the blaze.

Thames Valley Police has reported that no people have been harmed in the incident.

Firefighters are on the scene extinguishing the flames, and police also remain in the area to maintain the cordon.

The incident was first reported at around 9.30am, according to the AA. 

Drivers have been asked to avoid the area and to seek out alternative routes.
