Recent data that has tracked the average sale price of houses in High Wycombe has revealed where the highest and lowest-priced homes are.
Property Solvers, a home sales company, has gathered five years’ worth of data across the HP10, HP11, HP12, HP13, HP14 and HP15 postcodes.
It revealed Witheridge Lane, Church Road and Beacon Hill have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.

Some of the cheapest residential streets in High Wycombe include Jubilee Court, Jubilee Road, Bridge House, Gordon Road and Pear Tree Court.
On Witheridge Lane (HP10), three properties sold for an average of £5,575,000. Church Road (HP10), six properties sold for an average of £1,896,166. Also, Beacon Hill (HP10) saw four properties sell for an average of £1,730,000.

Some of the cheapest streets include Jubilee Court and Jubilee Road (HP11), as four properties sold for an average of £132,250. On Bridge House, Gordon Road (HP13) three properties sold for an average of £139,333) and Pear Tree Court (HP15) saw four properties sold for an average of £142,487).
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.”
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Witheridge Lane (HP10) sold for £3,900,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £102,000 and under on The Pastures (HP13), Aaron Court, Herbert Road (HP13) and Gordon Court, Gordon Road (HP13)."
