- Jayden Fo, 18, of St Peter’s Close, Burnham. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by North Cumbria Youth Court by failing to attend supervision on September 22, 2021, October 4, 2021 and December 31, 2021. Fined £40. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield, on January 21. Fined £120. Costs £119. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence in Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield, on January 21. No separate penalty.
- Adam Moore, 20, of Linchfield, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on December 11, 2021, December 14, 2021 and December 21, 2021. Fined £40. Costs £60.
- Leam Valentine, 18, of Malvern Close, High Wycombe. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work sessions on December 8, 2021 and failing to attend planned office visits on December 17, 2021 and January 7, 2022. Fined £40. Costs £60.
- Adeel Iqbal, 34, of Chairborough Road, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Stanley Hill, Amersham, on April 21, 2021. Fined £40. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
- Nikita Moore, 22, of Pulver Road, Aylesbury. Possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place. On January 1, in Pulver Road, Aylesbury, had a six-inch kitchen knife without good reason or lawful authority. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 18 months. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on January 4. Compensation £100.
February 10:
- Martyn Busby, 33, of Widecroft Road, Iver. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. On December 24, 2021, in Denham Green, damaged a window pane and a bottle of gin to the value of £116.50 belonging to another person. Compensation £116.50. Costs £213. Breaching a non-molestation order. On December 24, 2021, in Denham Green, damaged property and lived at a property they were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made.
- Michael McCarthy, 34, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 60mph speed limit on the A413 Wendover Bypass, Wendover, on April 16, 2021. Speed recorded was 88mph. Fined £307. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with four points.
- Mohammed Sohail, 31, of Gilliat Road, Slough. Driver of a vehicle failing to stop after a road accident. On July 10, 2021, in Belgrave Road, Slough, failed to stop after an accident occurred where damage was caused to another vehicle. Fined £440. Costs £220. Driving record endorsed with six points. Driving without due care and attention. On July 10, 2021, in Belgrave Road, Slough, drove a motor vehicle in a public place without due care and attention. Fined £220. Driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident failing to report that accident.
