  • James Flood, 32, of Ridgeway Road, Chesham. Driving over the drink drive limit in London Road East, Amersham, on January 20, 2022. Fined £923. Costs £190. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

February 8:

  • Edward Conory, 31, of Oxford Road, Gerrards Cross. Driving over the drink drive limit in Saxon Street, Milton Keynes, on April 13, 2020. Committed for prison for four weeks concurrent. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Driving whilst disqualified. On April 13, 2020, in Saxon Street, Milton Keynes, drove a motor vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence. Committed to prison for 18 weeks concurrent. Failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on August 24, 2020. No separate penalty. Theft of conveyance other than a motor vehicle or pedal cycle. On October 26, 2021, in Amersham Road, Coleshill, stole a cattle trailer to the value of £2,500 from Red Barn Farm. Committed to prison for 26 weeks concurrent. Costs £85. Driving whilst disqualified. On February 7, 2022, in Northborough Road, Slough, drove a motor vehicle whilst disqualified from holding a licence. No separate penalty. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Northborough Road, Slough, on February 7. No separate penalty. Overall length of sentence 26 weeks.
  • Mohammed Kadir, 23, of Cressex Road, High Wycombe. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the M40, Oxfordshire, on March 30, 2021. Fined £584. Costs £168. Disqualified from driving for 42 days. Using a motor vehicle or trailer in a condition likely to cause danger of injury. On March 30, 2021, on the M40, Oxfordshire, was driving a BMW where the driver and passenger windows did not allow the required light to be transmitted through, allowing only four per cent of light, not the required 70 per cent. Fined £195. Driving a vehicle when the registration mark fails to conform with regulations. On March 30, 2021, on the M40, Oxfordshire, had a licence plate that was too small, with lettering and spacing that was too small. No separate penalty.
  • Victoria Parkinson, 38, of White Lion Road, Little Chalfont. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Amersham Road, Little Chalfont, on March 11, 2021. Speed recorded was 37mph. No totting disqualification. Fined £61. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with three points.
  • Wojciech Krol, 41, of Chairborough Road, High Wycombe. Driving over the drink drive limit in Chairborough Road, High Wycombe, on January 22. Fined £246. Costs £110. Disqualified from driving for 21 months.
  • Alfie Vincent, 23, of St Johns Road, Tylers Green. Driving over the drink drive limit in Hazlemere Road, High Wycombe, on August 6, 2021. Fined £333. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Jamie McDonald, 20, of Hellyer Way, Bourne End. Driving over the drug drive limit. On October 26, 2021, in Beaconsfield, had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £175. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
  • Bartlomeij Czarnecki, 39, of Prothero Close, Aylesbury. Driving over the drug drive limit. On August 24, 2021, in Aylesbury, had a proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in their blood. Fined £100. Costs £119. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Possession of a class B drug. On August 24, 2021, in Aylesbury, had a quantity of cannabis in their possession. Fined £60. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.
