The Michelin results are out and Tom Kerridge’s head chefs have successfully maintained the prestigious accolades at both The Hand & Flowers and The Coach, in Marlow.
The Hand & Flowers are also celebrating retaining their two Michelin stars for 10 years straight.
Tom De Keyser, head chef of The Hand & Flowers, which remains the only pub in the world to have two-Michelin stars, was appointed to the position last year after working for Kerridge for nine years.

The Hand & Flowers has become famous for dishes including deep-fried turbot with chips, avruga caviar tartare sauce and minted pea purée and the Essex lamb ‘bun’ with sweetbreads and salsa verde.
Tom De Keyser said: “I can’t actually put into words how happy I am.
“Tom, myself and the team in the kitchen and front of house have worked so hard to keep the standard so very high and maintain the consistency.
“I am over the moon and look forward to carrying on the legacy of The Hand & Flowers”.
The Coach, the one-Michelin starred pub in Marlow has also maintained its star after new head chef Sarah Hayward joined the kitchen from Tom’s restaurant The Bull & Bear in Manchester’s Stock Exchange Hotel.
Sarah previously worked at The Coach in 2017 and returned to head up the kitchen which focuses on seasonal British small plates.
Sarah said: “I’m not going to lie, I’ve had a few sleepless nights in the run up to the results, but I am thrilled.
“It’s great to have all our hardwork recognised and I couldn’t be happier right now”.
Tom Kerridge said: “Tom and Sarah are both incredible chefs and have been with me and the business for many years, I trust them implicitly. They are team players and have a true understanding of ingredients and flavours, I am so proud of them both”.
