Weekly round-up of hearings at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court:
January 26:
- Dominic Clarke, 39, of Harvey Road, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on December 15, 2021, December 22, 2021 and December 29, 2021. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months. Costs £60.
- Bryn Henney, 36, Tyrells Gardens, Stoke Hammond. Criminal damage to property valued under £5,000. Between January 23 and January 26, in Winslow, damaged a doorbell camera of unknown value. Compensation £100. Breaching a restraining order. Between January 24, and January 25, in Winslow, attended an address which they were prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for eight weeks. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on July 27, 2020. Suspended sentence of eight weeks implemented.
January 27:
- Jonathon Lacey, 36, of Kerr Place, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 60mph speed limit on the A404 Marlow Bypass, Little Marlow, on March 31, 2021. Speed recorded was 87mph. Fined £280. Costs £124. Driving record endorsed with five points.
- Aston Johnson, 32, of Gaviots Way, Gerrards Cross. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Berkshire Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend planned office appointments and unpaid work sessions on nine occasions between August 29, 2021 and October 10, 2021. Suspended sentence of 18 weeks implemented.
