January 24:

  • Ryan Lee, 34, of Sandycroft Road, Amersham. Using a motor vehicle or trailer with a tyre with a lump, bulge or tear. On September 29, 2020, in Burtons Lane, Little Chalfont, used a motor vehicle when the rear nearside tyre had a lump, bulge or tear caused by separation or failure of its structure. Fined £440.   • Junior Cato, 60, of Lady Verney Close, High Wycombe. Assault by beating on May 26, 2021. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Costs £295.
  • Anada Kariyawasam, 74, of Hogarth Close, Slough. Driving without due care and attention. On May 15, 2020, in Lower Britwell Road, Burnham, drove without due care and attention. Fined £267. Costs £654. Driving record endorsed with six points.

  • Keith Barlow, 42, of Tring Road, Aylesbury. Theft from a motor vehicle. On January 5, in Aylesbury, stole a dash cam and memory card to the value of £169.99 from a vehicle. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 24 months. Compensation £169.99. Breaching a criminal behaviour order. On January 5, in Aylesbury, entered a driveway and vehicle without permission, which they were prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Interfering with a motor vehicle. On January 22, in Aylesbury, interfered with a BMW X5 with the intention of theft of the vehicle or part of it or something carried in it. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 24 months. Breaching a criminal behaviour order. On January 22, in Aylesbury, entered a driveway and attempted to enter two unattended vehicles without the owner’s permission, which they were prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Conviction of an offence while subject to a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on April 8, 2021. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months. Overall length of sentence 32 weeks.
