The Met Office has issued a weather warning for Buckinghamshire.
On January 2 [today], thunderstorms are expected to hit the county between 12 noon and 6pm.

Some of the effects of the potential storm that are estimated to strike Bucks include spray and sudden flooding, which could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
Other impacts could include power cuts, as well as flooding, debris on the roads from fallen trees and branches, as well as cancelations to train and bus services within the county.
The expected storm is to hit the whole of the South East of London.
