Another attempted burglary has taken place in High Wycombe.

A suspect tried to open the front door of a house in Kennedy Avenue at around 10.55pm on Saturday 20 November, before walking off towards another house in the street.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they believe has important information about the incident.

According to officers, after trying the front door of the property, the offender was slowly followed down the street by a white transit van.

Police have appealed to the public for help multiple times in the past few days following a string of attempted burglaries

Officers believe suspects have tried to gain access to properties in Treadaway Hill, Flackwell Heath and Priory Avenue, High Wycombe. There is no suggestion the incidents are linked.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Gareth Cowley based at High Wycombe police station, said: “The man in this picture may have vital information about this attempted burglary.
