The driving range would be built near the clubhouse on the back of Craigs Wood with the edge of the bays 20 metres from the boundary.
The golf club is located on Penn Road and costs £999 for an annual membership.
With 18 holes Hazlemere Golf Club describe themselves as one of the village's "top secret".
Local golfers will now await the news of whether a driving range will be allowed to be added to the club.
