A car that was apparently being used to commit “extensive” anti-social behaviour in a railway station car park has been seized by police - as they issue a stark warning to anyone else thinking of doing the same thing.
While it is not clear what the owner actually did, a Citroen Xsara Picasso was taken away on a recovery truck after being seized at High Wycombe Railway Station earlier this week.
British Transport Police officers assisted with the seizure of the people carrier, which they said was being used to “commit extensive anti-social behaviour and criminality in the car park”.
Officers covering the Chiltern Railways area warned: “If you are going to use your car to commit anti-social behaviour, we will relieve you of it.”
They added that they will take away vehicles causing a nuisance “whenever there is cause for it to be” in a bid to protect the thousands of people who use the railway station.
