The site of a commercial storage yard in a village could be used to build 24 homes.
Bluecrest Land Ltd has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Fittall’s Yard, Spurlands End Road, Great Kingshill.
Plans outline the ‘construction of nine two-bed, nine three-bed and six four-bed affordable properties’ – 24 in total.
Up to 48 parking spaces are also proposed.

Vehicle access from Spurlands End Road, and some “associated infrastructure” is also mentioned.

The yard appears to employ 20 full-time staff, documents indicate.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.
