A High Wycombe man breached a closure order - by napping in his own house.
Police obtained a three month closure order on the property in Bevelwood Gardens in August after fears that Andrew Beesley was being preyed on by drug dealers.
But the order banning anyone from going into the house also stopped the 59-year-old from entering his own home.

Ruth Williams, defending, told Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday that Beesley had since been homeless.
In desperation, he’d returned to the property and, on Friday, October 8, was found by police asleep in his own bed inside the house.
Appearing before court on Saturday, Beesley pleaded guilty to breaching a closure order. He had one previous conviction - for drink driving 10 years ago - and cautions for battery and threatening behaviour.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, meaning he will face no further action unless he gets himself in trouble in the next year. The court also ordered he pay a £22 victim surcharge.
