A car has been found on fire and upside down on the M40, but the driver was nowhere to be seen.
Firefighters were called to the west north slip road on the M40 at junction 1A, near Gerrards Cross, at 4.16am on Sunday morning.
Fire engines were on hand from Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and one from Berkshire.

At the scene, firefighters found a car that was flipped on its roof and on fire on the slip road. Two breathing apparatus and two hose reels were required to douse the flames.
The driver was not at the scene, and it was not clear if they had been injured in the incident.
