A series of offices along a Bucks high street will be converted into flats.
Bucks Council has approved a ‘change of use’ application by Mr David Howells, of Sorbon Estates, in Beaconsfield, for Regatta House (67-71 and 73-77), Marlow High Street.
Plans outline the ‘conversion of the existing first and second floor from offices to create eight one-bed and four two-bed apartments’ – 12 in total.

“The proposals will result in no material impact on the highways network due to the existing office use and retention of existing parking areas within the site,” a cover letter states.
The scheme was approved on September 16.
