Mr Martin Black has submitted plans for The Old Bakehouse, 20 Chalkshire Road, Butlers’ Cross.
“The proposal complies fully with the General Permitted Development Order 2015,” a document states.
The applicant is now awaiting a response from Bucks Council.
Householder application for construction of two-storey side extension, front porch extension, external material alterations and fenestration and internal alterations - 21/07700/FUL
Mr William Fisher has submitted plans for 7 Spring Gardens, Marlow.
Materials needed include brick, cladding and aluminium.
The applicant is awaiting a decision from the council.
Householder application for construction of single-storey rear extension, replacement garage, first-floor side and first-floor front extension, loft conversion with one rear dormer, four front and one rear roof lights and fenestration alterations - 21/07689/FUL
Mr Arif has submitted to the council an application for Buena Vista, Colville Road, High Wycombe.
The replacement garage will be attached.
The applicant is awaiting a decision from the local authority.
Householder application for construction of front porch and part single, part two-storey side/rear extension and single-storey rear outbuilding - 21/07699/FUL
Mr Vic Duff has submitted to Bucks Council plans for 4 Totteridge Common, Totteridge Lane, High Wycombe.
This is a full application. The agent is SMW Consultancy.
The applicant is now awaiting a council decision.
