August 4:
- Toni Samuda, 34, of Well Meadow, Aylesbury. Sending a letter or communication conveying a threatening message. On November 11, in Aylesbury, sent a voice message via Instagram which conveyed a threat. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs £213. Sending a letter or communication conveying a threatening message. On November 11, in Aylesbury, made a telephone call which conveyed a threat. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Sending a letter or communication conveying a threatening message. On November 3, in Aylesbury, sent a series of email message which conveyed a threat. Committed to prison for eight weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. No separate penalty.
August 5:
- Gareth Quinton, 33, of Holtspur Way, Beaconsfield. Harassment – breach of a restraining order in Beaconsfield on September 9, 2020. Committed to prison for six months. Costs £128.
- Paul Court, 56, of Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common. Exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Northborough Road, Slough, on December 14, 2020. Recorded speed was 35mph. Fined £400. Costs £130. Driving record endorsed with three points.
August 6:
- Thomas Holloway, 26, of Cumberland Close, Aylesbury. Possession of a controlled class A drug. On July 4, in Aylesubry, had a quantity of cocaine in their possession. Fined £500.Costs £135. Cocaine forfeited and destroyed.
- Przemyslaw Lazar, 37, of Brooks Mews, Aylesbury. Assault by beating of an emergency worker in Aylesbury on March 15. Fined £180. Compensation £34. Costs £250. Using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment in Aylesbury on March 15. No separate penalty.
- Brian Whitehead, 46, of Freer Crescent, High Wycombe. Possession of a knife blade in public. On December 6, 2020, in Chalfont St Peter, had a carpet knife in their possession. Fined £120. Costs £119.
- Nathanial Macara, 37, of Bowood Lane, Wendover. Obstructing or disrupting a person engaged in lawful activity. On April 15, in Wendover, trespassed on HS2 land and caused the stoppage of work. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £222.
- Oliver Taplin, 31, of Seymour Court Road, Marlow. Driving without due care and attention in Parkway, Marlow, on November 18, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs £222. Driving record endorsed with five points.
August 9:
- Michael Lavelle, 21, of Williams Way, Longwick. Using a motor vehicle without third party insurance in Ellesborough Road, Aylesbury, on October 17, 2020. Fined £600. Costs £145.
- Danny Whitaker, 32, of Tring Road, Aylesbury. Failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on May 5 and June 30. Fined £40. Costs £60. Community order extended.
- Rashad Akhtar, 43, of Windrush Drive, High Wycombe. Common assault of an emergency worker in High Wycombe on July 16, 2020. Discharged conditionally for nine months. Costs £22.
August 10:
- Falianne Jones-Mackay, 41, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. Exceeding the 70mph speed limit in A40 Forest Hill, Oxfordshire on September 18, 2020. Recorded speed was 90mph. Fined £143. Costs £124. Disqualified from driving for six months.
