A pub in Loudwater could be turned into flats as plans are drawn up as part of the auction.
The Happy Union at 265 Boundary Road has been boarded up for several months with the pub now appearing on Auction House London.
The pub has a guide price of £900,000 and is described as having potential for re-development.

There have been plans drawn up to build 12 flats which include eight one-bedroom flats and four three-bedroom flats.
A new residential development comprised of 27 flats has also been built behind the pub on Treadaway Hill.
Inside the property, there are currently five bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge on the first floor has with the ground floor consisting of a bar, kitchen, beer cellar, toilets and an office.
A note on the auction reads: “We have been advised that there is no community clause meaning the property can be demolished for redevelopment.
“The property is situated on a residential road close to local shops and amenities.
“There are numerous green open spaces within easy reach. Transport links are provided by Beaconsfield rail station and easy links to the M40 motorway.”
