A fast food restaurant in High Wycombe has shut as a mark of respect for a worker who was reportedly killed while driving home from his shift.
Colleagues at KFC in Wycombe Retail Park say their "much-loved" team member Nessar Khan was the man killed in a crash on the A40 London Road in High Wycombe on Monday, September 6.
As a mark of respect and to allow his colleagues to attend his funeral, KFC is shut today (Friday, September 10), but will reopen later this evening.
His colleagues told the Bucks Free Press Nessar was riding his moped back home from his shift with a KFC meal for his mother when the tragedy happened.
Flowers and tributes have been left at the scene of the crash, at the junction with Hammersley Lane, in his memory.
The crash happened at around 8.35pm on Monday and involved a moped and a Suzuki Jimny.
Police are investigating what happened and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
