Plans to convert offices in a Bucks town centre to 20 flats have been approved.
Bucks Council has permitted a ‘change of use’ application by Mr Hinesh Chawda for Collins House, 32-38 Station Road, Gerrards Cross.
The application outlines the ‘conversion from offices to 20 one-bedroom flats’.

Up to 20 bicycle bays and 20 parking spaces are also proposed.
Another ‘change of use’ application for 22 units was recently granted.

“This revised application includes the layout revisions necessary to facilitate the retention of the existing secondary means of escape stair,” a planning statement reads.
Approval was given on September 1.
