Two new homes, a garage conversion, and a home gym are just some of the many applications submitted to Bucks Council in the last week.
Here is a selection of just some of the latest plans that the council’s planning officers will now decide.
Certificate of lawfulness for existing loft conversion (rear rooflight and conversion of loft into habitable space) - 21/07546/CLE
Steve Nicol has submitted an application for 46 Seymour Park Road, Marlow.
“The building is currently in residential use and the application is in regards to a loft conversion that is now being submitted for retrospective planning,” a council document states.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.
Erection of a pair of three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with access, parking and amenity space - 21/07550/FUL
Mr Richard Potyka, of RAP Bluebell Ltd, has submitted plans relating to land to the rear of 10 and 11 Albion Road, High Wycombe.
Four parking spaces are proposed.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the local authority.
Householder application for construction of garage conversion into habitable room - 21/07543/FUL
Mr Qumar Hussain has submitted to Bucks Council an application for 23 Warren Wood Drive, High Wycombe.
This is a full application. The agent is M.R. Engineering Design.

Mr Dylan McTaggart has submitted to the council plans for Elephant Walk House, Hammersley Lane, High Wycombe.
White wood cladding will be used.

Mr Rodgers and Ms Morrin have submitted plans for Partridge Lodge, Frieth Road, Marlow.
“The proposed outbuilding complies with the requirements for permitted development”, a council document states.
The applicants are now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
