The Argos store at the Wycombe retail park closed at the end of last year and is still to reopen nine months later.
Argos say their standalone stores are no longer needed and plan to close around 420 branches.
Avison Young, a global commercial real estate services firm headquartered in Toronto, is now looking to let the building out.

The look for a tenant is still ongoing whilst Argos offers workers opportunities to be redeployed to alternative roles within Sainsbury’s.
Leasing opportunities at Avison Young include office space, industrial warehouse, retail, residential, leisure and hotel properties, as well as specialized spaces like health or auto garages.
The existing lease is due to expire in early 2023.
An Argos spokesperson said: “Our High Wycombe Retail Park store has now closed and colleagues were offered opportunities to redeploy to alternative roles within Sainsbury’s.
“Customers can continue to shop with us at our nearby stores, including our Argos within Sainsbury’s on Oxford Road.”
The Bucks Free Press has contacted Avison Young and will provide an update as soon as we get it.
