A major road in Aylesbury has been shut this morning due to a protest.
Thames Valley Police announced this morning that the A41 has been closed due to "protest activity."

Climate activist group Animal Rebellion have set up a demonstration on the road, blockading the Arla Food plant.
The road appears to have been shut between the Aylesbury Road roundabout and the Tring Road roundabout, covering roughly a two-mile stretch.

Drivers have been advised to use alternate routes.
Thames Valley Police has advised that officers are on the scene managing the protest.
