The extension materials will match the garage.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
Householder application for construction of two-storey side/rear extension, single-storey front extension, extension to existing dropped kerb and material and fenestration alterations - 21/07488/FUL
Mr and Mrs Martin have submitted plans for 25 Shelley Road, High Wycombe.
The existing dropped kerb is to be extended in width.
The applicants are now awaiting a decision from the council.
Erection of a two-storey dwelling to the side with associated bin storage - 21/07500/FUL
A resident has submitted an application for Bell Cottage, Bell Street, Princes Risborough.
It is a resubmission of a withdrawn application.
The applicant is awaiting a decision from the local authority.
Householder application for construction of part single, part two-storey side/rear extension, roof line alterations, formation of rear gable following partial demolition of existing flat roof rear extension and alterations to fenestration - 21/07508/FUL
Mr Cromar has submitted to the council plans for Rickyard Cottage, Denner Hill Road, Denner Hill.
Materials involved will be brick and flint and slate tiles.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from Bucks Council.
Listed building application for one non-illuminated projecting hanging sign, one non-illuminated information panel, removal of brass sign on front elevation of building and removal of hanging sign bracket - 21/07506/LBC
Ms Tamra Booth, of Keeeps Limited, has submitted a listed building application for The White House, 72 High Street, Marlow.
Keeeps Limited is a pottery store selling handmade ceramic homeware. It has taken on the lease of this property following Jack Wills’ departure and is planning to open for trading in October 2021.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision from the council.
