The police have been monitoring speeding on a major road in High Wycombe as frustrated residents raise concerns about drivers exceeding the limits.
London Road residents have come forward about the number of vehicles speeding on the road with this week amid a police crackdown on speeding.
All drivers stopped were tested for drugs and alcohol and the highest speed recorded by the police was 69mph in a 30mph zone.

Between July 15 and July 16, 17 drivers were stopped for exceeding the speed limit of 30mph on the busy road.
London Road resident Martin Evans said: "The section between Station Road, Loudwater and Kingsmead, there are probably 50 per cent of drivers who are exceeding the speed limit hourly.
"I have witnessed motorbikes and boyracers going past my house at 80 to 90mph.
"Myself and my neighbours have been to local community meetings where it was made known if there is a possibility of having a speed camera installed."
Martin also believes that the increased housing plans around the area have caused London Road to become a "racetrack" due to the increased number of vehicles using it.
He continued: "The local authority has spent fortunes on upgrading the traffic light upgrades which are useless, keep giving planning permission for more and more houses when the infrastructure on the London Road cannot handle the increased traffic and at times motorist are using it as a racetrack."
A number of other local residents took to social media feeling that there is a speeding problem on the road.

Jess Andrews said on Facebook: "Doesn't surprise me.
"I'm constantly being overtaken on that road be it daytime or evening."
Kathryn Mallia added: "They also need to catch the drivers who think a red light on a pedestrian crossing on that road, used by school children, doesn’t apply to them.
Caroline Corsinie also said: "Some use it as a race track nearly every night."
Another London Road resident also highlighted a problem with drivers' understanding of the bus lanes that run on the road.
Paulette Jefferys said: "It’s about time people understood the bus lane system and what time it starts and finishes.
"I live off the London Road and the bus lane is an absolute nightmare.
"Nobody bothers to read when it is in operation and just uses it as an overtaking lane."
Earlier this month, the road was branded a “complete shambles” after long-running issues with flooding on the major road.
The A40 London Road has suffered with deep puddles of water every time it rains heavily near The Rye in High Wycombe.
One London Road resident has complained multiple times about “submerged” roads and pavements on the stretch of the A40 that runs alongside The Rye every time there are heavy downpours - the most recent being in June this year.
He has also highlighted the issue multiple times in the past year, saying that “lakes” have formed on the road and are getting worse each time.
