Plans to tear down a property and build three new town houses have been submitted to the council.
Heywood Real Estate has submitted to Bucks Council a planning application for Hughenden, 103 Burkes Road, in Beaconsfield.
Plans detail the ‘demolition of the existing property and the redevelopment of the site to provide three three-bed town houses’.

A new vehicle access is also proposed.
The plans
Currently, there are two parking spaces. Six spaces are proposed.

“The site benefits from an extant consent [planning application] to replace the existing dwelling,” a design and access statement reads.
“The current proposal maintains the same footprint, massing, site layout and design, with some minor alterations to reconcile the layout requirements of the three dwellings.”
Planning officers will now decide what becomes of the application.
